he Pro Towels family of companies, including Pro Towels, Kanata Blanket Company, Superior and NeetFeet, is pleased to announce the promotion of Miranda Searls and April Kennedy into new positions starting January 1, 2017.

Miranda Searls will be working with our customers on ideas for projects and providing volume quotes. As well as taking over the position of Sales Rep for British Columbia, Canada.  April Kennedy will be Sales Rep for Eastern Canada and National Accounts. While their roles officially start in 2017, they have been connecting with customers and building on their already strong relationships since September 2016.

April Kennedy has been working at Kanata since 2011, when she was hired for the position of Customer Service Eastern Canada. Later, she became customer service for all of Canada. Since May 2016, she has been filling the role of Western Canada Sales Rep, and with her strong skills and experience, will now be taking over the position of Sales Rep for Eastern Canada and our National Accounts.

We are always expanding and coming up with innovative new products and decorating options for the promotional products industry. It will be exciting to share our ideas with our customers and grow the presence of Pro Towels and NeetFeet in Canada.”

Miranda Searls has been with Kanata since 2013, when she was hired as Customer Service Rep. Since then, her strong product knowledge and expertise in customer service moved her to Customer Service Lead, and in January, she will be taking on her new role.

“I look forward to the challenge that lies ahead and to working with our customers on creative ideas for their projects in order to help them win orders. I am excited to be able to continue to build our strong relationships with our customers in B.C.”
